Technofile's Scanning Service offers firms an ideal solution for providing digital copies of Legal case files (E-Bibles), fast and fully indexed.

Specifically designed with London Law firms in mind we arrange immediate collections and fast turn around times.

Indexing is carried out using barcodes and, if in PDF format, with a hyper linked index at the front, bookmarks throughout and full text retrieval from any word or phrase within your document. We can also provide the electronic files ready to be imported into most systems and scan X-rays and microfilm within files, if needed.

We are very aware of the importance and confidentiality of your files. All preparation and scanning is carried out at our alarmed and CCTV monitored premises in South East London

Our procedures comply with BS1008 / BIP0008 standards Technofile staff have all signed confidentiality agreements and we would sign a suitable agreement with yourselves.
